A wine route in the heart of the city.
Bordeaux f? le vin (The Bordeaux Wine Festival) does not do things by half ... there is a 2km stretch of road running the length of the Bordeaux quays allowing visitors to tour the vineyards of Bordeaux.
Along the Garonne river, in the heart of Bordeaux's newly Unesco listed heritage site, stalls and pavilions succeed each other in an outstanding wine route. A total of 80 appellations (designations) from Bordeaux and Aquitaine will be represented at the Festival. Visitors will be invited to test and refine their palates with lots of tastings, or even be introduced to wine tasting for the first time. Please note that the tastings are open from 11am to midnight.
