Amateur race.
Courir ?lermont or the Clermont Run is a race in the city centre which will bring together the general public and seasoned athletes alike.
Once again this year the traditional race will be held in the town centre, and thousands of runners, licenced and unlicenced. Last year the race brought together over 3,700 participants. Top level atheletes will rub shoulders with first time runners. There will be races for juniors of various age ranges, followed by a 5 km and two 10 km races, one elite and one open.
Thousands of spectators will gather along the route to support the runners in a festive and friendly atmosphere. A clutch of top athletes will make this an exciting race with the elite section restricted to the top echelon of competitive athletes.
